AUTON | Electronic Arts Festival is back at Mettle Works for 2027. Our date for next year has been announced.
We’re building on the incredible experiences of 2026 with an expanded program featuring events, workshops, installations and performances.
1st July 2026
We came with a plan, you came with a sense of wonder, a thirst for something new and an appetite for discovery and, together, we all travelled.
From the very start a dialogue was opened between artist and audience, audience and artist. An exchange of inspiration in an industrial cathedral of sound.
25th June 2026
The time is almost upon us. The wait is almost over. The anticipation is palpable.
The birth of a new dawn in electronic arts is just 2 days away.
We’ve hand picked a selection of incredible artists and performers and this is the all important information on who’s playing when.
11th June 2026
Last night Andrew Wright and Matt Gates rocked up to City Sounds Radio to be guests on the Transmission Show with Paul Dupree.
During the interview they discussed how AUTON came about, what they were most looking forward to from the festival and the plans for future editions.
6th April 2026
And just like that the last artists for the first ever AUTON have been announced.
The latest additions further reinforce AUTON’s vision: a carefully curated journey through live electronic performance, experimental sound and dancefloor-focused electronic music, bringing together artists who challenge conventions and explore the outer edges of contemporary electronic culture.
30th March 2026
You saw it right, we’ve dropped the third wave of artists for AUTON.
Our line up is getting stronger by the week and these three additions are no strangers to Resonance and Control Voltage, with the last two performing at Mettle Works for the EMOM night in September last year.
23rd March 2026
It’s time for the next wave of artists for the first ever Auton.
In addition to the three acts already dropped we have more incredible artists to bring to Mettle Works, we have A’Bear, Mystery Tiime and Kinlis
16th March 2026
We can exclusively reveal the first names on our line up for the inaugural Auton | Electronic Arts Festival!
Headlined by the mighty Ceephax Acid Crew and joined by a couple of incredible local talents, Bada Duum and Euthoric, this itself would be enough for any event showcasing electronic music, but this is not just any night!
11th March 2026
