This award winning electronic dance music festival has been a staple of the summer calendar for over a decade. On the 6th September it returns to Central Park for a full day of scrumptious street food and scintillating beats, but before that, we’re throwing a pre party live and direct in the Loading Bay.
We do not tolerate any instances of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or harassment of any kind, either in person or on our online platforms.
Those of you attending the main event, on the 6th September, will get to hear huge names in the world of house music like Majestic, Alison Limerick (Live PA), Ridney, Carly Wilford, Odyssey Inc, Tenacious, Richard Earnshaw as well as local favourites Jules Pinkney, Dave Valentine, Dave Brooksbank, Andrew Wright b2b Jack Grosvenor, Giuseppe Morena, Mat Format, Pinconii, Darryl Butcher and more spread across the five arenas.
But there’s not just first class house music on offer all day. As well as the vast array of drinks to wet your whistle, you’ll also be able to get your fill of delicious street food from the best vendors in Essex and beyond. From authentic American BBQ to Caribbean fusion, traditional Greek to wood-fired pizza, old fashioned fish and chips to loaded tacos and burritos. You certainly won’t go hungry.
The family friendly festival has plenty to keep everyone entertained with the legendary doodle wall, digital funfair and arts activities in the Culture Quarter, stilt walkers, face painters, there’s even a place to learn how to DJ. There really is something for everyone at Street Eats ‘n’ Beats.
